Our services are provided within the agency's geographic service area, no more than a 60-mile radius from our office, and include these counties:

About the scope of our license
It is not within the scope of our agency license to manage the medical and health conditions of clients who are no longer stable or predictable. If your medical condition becomes unstable or unpredictable, we will refer you to your primary care practitioner (PCP) for evaluation and treatment. We may continue to provide in-home care services during that time, but we are unable to manage the condition itself. If your condition becomes stable and predictable again, we may manage your services.
