Care For Me, In-Home Care Agency, LLC, is a comprehensive in-home care agency licensed by the State of Oregon, Oregon Health Authority, Health Care Regulation, and Quality Improvement.

Care For Me, In-Home Care Agency, LLC is owned by Krubo Johnson, Korpo Gbotoe, and Moses G Barwon, who assume full legal, financial, and overall responsibility for the agency's operations.

We employ and provide trained caregivers to care for clients with stable and predictable medical conditions.

Our services are person-centered and are designed to support independence by assisting individuals of all ages with their personal Care needs in the comfort of their residence.

We set ourselves apart by combining highly trained staff, consistent quality, and a commitment to creating a calm, respectful environment for every individual we serve. Our focus is on dependable care and genuine connection that ensures families receive support they can trust.

IT IS NOT WITHIN THE SCOPE OF OUR AGENCY LICENSE TO MANAGE THE MEDICAL AND HEALTH CONDITIONS OF CLIENTS WHO ARE NO LONGER STABLE OR PREDICTABLE.

Should your medical condition become unstable or unpredictable, we will refer you to your primary care practitioner (PCP) for evaluation and treatment. When this situation occurs, our agency may continue to provide you with in-home care services; however, we are unable to manage your medical or health condition, which is not stable or predictable. Should your medical condition improve so that the course of the disease is again stable and predictable, we may manage your services.

The services provided by our agency are within the agency's geographic service area, which does not exceed a 60-mile radius from the agency's office in Gresham, OR, and includes the counties of Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington.

We work collaboratively with healthcare providers, families, and community partners to uphold our commitment to those we support. We prioritize strong, positive relationships and demonstrate mutual respect in every interaction.
