IT IS NOT WITHIN THE SCOPE OF OUR AGENCY LICENSE TO MANAGE THE MEDICAL AND HEALTH CONDITIONS OF CLIENTS WHO ARE NO LONGER STABLE OR PREDICTABLE.

Should your medical condition become unstable or unpredictable, we will refer you to your primary care practitioner (PCP) for evaluation and treatment. When this situation occurs, our agency may continue to provide you with in-home care services; however, we are unable to manage your medical or health condition, which is not stable or predictable. Should your medical condition improve so that the course of the disease is again stable and predictable, we may manage your services.
